As a whole-foods chef and “crunchy mom,” I spent years searching for a truly healthy snack that my picky eater would love. Everything I found was either full of empty carbs, had too much sugar, or just didn’t fill him up.

By happy accident, I created Orion’s Crunch—the perfect balance of fruit, fat, and protein in a crunchy, delicious, mess-free snack. Shipping Policy?

We are happy to ship your Orion's Crunch order to addresses located within the 48 contiguous United States.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we do not ship to FPOs, APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We also do not ship outside of the United States.

Shipment cost are calculated per order by weight and shipped USPS.

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed Monday through Friday morning typically ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday night will ship on Monday.

A shipping confirmation email will arrive in your inbox the evening of the day your order is packed and a tracking number has been assigned by the fulfillment center. This email will contain your Carrier Tracking Number. (Please check your email spam/junk mail folders if you have not seen the order and/or shipping confirmation email.)

Package tracking numbers are available in your shipping confirmation email, or by viewing your order in your OrionsCrunch.com account. Please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order to check on your order tracking, as the tracking information may not be available from our shippers before that time.

If your order was damaged in transit, or if you've received the wrong Orion's Crunch  order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately support@orionscrunch.com and either we will send you a replacement or offer you an equal exchange credit at orionscrunch.com

If you believe there is a quality issue with your Orion's Crunch, please take note of the code and the "best by" date printed on the neck of the bottle, so that we can trace the specific batch of Hint you have received. These inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Is Orion’s Crunch just for kids?

Not at all! After giving thousands of samples of Orion’s Crunch out at local farmers markets, we’ve learned its loved by kids of all ages!

What’s the shelf-life of Orion’s Crunch?

As they are packaged, we recommend eating within 3 months of purchase for maximum crunch. 
Freeze-dried food can last for up to 25 years when stored in a cool, dry place. Each bag contains a moisture absorber, but to extend the life of these bags for long term storage, we recommend storing in sealed food safe buckets with oxygen absorbers. 

What are the macronutrient ratios of each flavor?


Each 2.5 ounce package contains 5 x 1/2 ounce servings. Each serving has:

3-5 g healthy fat (mostly omega-3)
2-4 g protein
3 g fiber
5-6 g total sugar (mostly from fruit)
1-3 g added sugar (from maple syrup)

What is Orion’s Crunch sweetened with?

Orion’s Crunch is sweetened primarily with fruit and juice. Some flavors also have a touch of maple syrup and/or pure monk fruit extract to boost the natural fruit flavors.

Is Orion’s Crunch free of common allergens?

Orion’s Crunch is gluten-free. Please check ingredients for each flavor as some contain dairy and nuts. All flavors are made in a freeze-dryer that processes peanuts. As we expand, we plan to limit peanut processing to just 1 dryer and will update this page when that happens.

We always recommend drinking water when eating Orion’s Crunch since all of the moisture is extracted in the freeze-drying process. Chia seeds are amazing because they hold a large volume of water in their cell walls, so when paired together they will help keep you hydrated longer!

Do you offer refunds if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We do not offer refunds, but we can replace the product if it is damaged in shipping.
